gtmctl

Make customer learning cumulative.

gtmctl helps technical founders and small teams organize the knowledge behind go-to-market decisions.

Customer interviews, experiments, positioning work, and operating decisions often end up separated across notes, spreadsheets, presentations, and chat sessions. gtmctl is designed to preserve that work as a connected body of knowledge that can be reviewed and improved over time.

The problem

Early go-to-market work produces a large amount of information but very little durable organizational memory.

Teams repeatedly encounter questions such as:

  • What have customers consistently told us?
  • Which assumptions have actually been tested?
  • Why did we choose this market or positioning?
  • What evidence supports the current direction?
  • Which conclusions are current, and which have been superseded?

gtmctl helps teams maintain clearer answers to those questions.

What it helps you do

Organize customer evidence

Keep research and observations connected to the conclusions they support.

Track evolving hypotheses

Distinguish current beliefs from earlier ideas, unresolved questions, and rejected alternatives.

Connect experiments to decisions

Retain the relationship between what was tested, what was learned, and what changed afterward.

Prepare better reviews

Bring the relevant context together before planning, positioning, customer-success, or strategy discussions.

Use AI without surrendering judgment

Allow AI to assist with preparation and analysis while keeping conclusions reviewable and attributable to the responsible people.

Intended users

gtmctl is being designed primarily for:

  • technical founders;
  • small product and go-to-market teams;
  • teams searching for product-market fit;
  • practitioner-developers who value structured, inspectable work;
  • organizations that need stronger continuity between research and decisions.

It is not currently positioned as a replacement for a mature CRM, sales platform, or enterprise customer-success system.
